At Packshot Bureau, we make producing ecommerce imagery simple, efficient and stress-free. Your products are carefully managed from arrival through to final delivery, with each project tracked through our in-house tracking system and images reviewed through our dedicated review portal. Here’s a step-by-step guide to how it works, along with information on our typical turnaround times.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  • Tell us what you need and share any references, shot lists or brand guidelines with us.

  • Send or deliver your products to our Central London studio in Bloomsbury, with a dedicated loading bay. We’ll confirm arrival and check everything into our in-house tracking system.

  • We take care of preparation, styling, photography and post-production. You can track the progress of your project through our tracking system, so you always know what stage it’s at.

  • Your images are uploaded to our in-house review portal, where you can review the images and leave feedback directly on each image.

  • Your final high-resolution images are delivered via Dropbox in JPG and PNG formats by default, or to your preferred specification, fully ready for use.

  • Collect your products from our studio, or arrange return delivery.

For time-sensitive needs, we provide a 72-hour option with a prioritised turnaround of three working days. For urgent shoots, our fastest 24-hour service delivers within one working day.
