STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  • Share your project details, shot requirements, and goals so we can plan accordingly.

  • Deliver or post your items to our East London studio. We’ll confirm safe arrival.

  • We handle styling, shooting, and editing—keeping quality, consistency, and brand alignment in focus.

  • Preview the images and share any feedback. We’ll make refinements as needed.

  • Your high-resolution images are delivered by default in 2 sizes, available as JPG and PNG formats (or as you prefer) via a Dropbox link, fully ready for use.

  • Collect your products or arrange for return shipping.

Our standard service, ideal for most projects, typically takes approximately five working days and is delivered on a best-effort basis. For time-sensitive needs, we provide a 72-hour option with a prioritised turnaround of three working days. For urgent shoots, our fastest 24-hour service delivers within one working day.
