  • We shoot just about everything – from fashion apparel and accessories to magazines, publications, vinyl, furniture, and branded merchandise.

  • Our standard turnaround is currently 5.3 working days on average (plus one if items are received after 12pm), on a best-effort basis, from receipt of items to image delivery.

    If you’re working to a tighter deadline, we also offer Guaranteed 24- and 72-Hour Services, with an additional 100% or 50% of the total cost, respectively.

  • Post-production is included as standard with all packshot product photography projects.

    In addition, our in-house post-production team can help with anything from colour swapping to material matching and other bespoke post-production requests, with additional charges.

  • We include two structured rounds of feedback as standard. This allows for refinements such as alignment, exposure, colour balance, and other objective adjustments.

    Further feedback rounds can be accommodated if required and may be subject to an additional fee, depending on scope.

    If a reshoot is required due to a clear misinterpretation of the agreed brief, it will be carried out free of charge.

    Reshoots requested for other reasons — including changes to the brief, creative direction, or product specifications — are treated as new projects and charged accordingly.

  • 95% of our clients return to us after their first project. Once we’ve established a look they’re happy with, we build a bespoke styling, lighting and post-production profile to maintain consistency across every future shoot.

  • Where possible, we recommend providing a mid-range sample size (for example UK M / EU 38–40), as this tends to photograph most proportionally.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to attend product-only photography shoots and provide live feedback during the session.

    Please note that attended shoots incur a small additional fee, reflecting the extended time required on set.
